At Dolham, we ensure that every product is carefully checked before dispatch.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes), we do not accept returns once the order is delivered, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
After verification, we will offer:
* Replacement of the product, or
* Refund (if replacement is not available)
Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 –7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
For Online Payments orders ,refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
* Used or opened products
* Products without original packaging
* Orders reported after 48 hours
